Anyway, lots of fun with Ellis' usual blend of mind-blowing concepts and over the top action. It's the cmic book equivalent of Studio 54, a place where anything goes and things get done just to see if they can get away with doing them. They cant just let a story happen and have cool stuff happen and let the reader decide how to feel about it. Of course, if it was told in a more linear narrative, with characters and dialog and stuff, it would have taken 15 or 20 issues instead of 5 issues, so maybe it's better in this more streamlined form. And about the damage that does. Another problem with it is that there is pretty much no mystery or anticipation.
